Prior to starting her own consulting business, Inya was an integral member of TC Energy's Indigenous Relations team, where she successfully contributed to advancing the company’s project interests on its proposed Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) pipeline projects (Coastal GasLink Pipeline & Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project) as well as the toll-regulated projects in northeastern British Columbia. Furthermore, Inya was integrally involved with developing the Benefit Agreement negotiation strategy for TC Energy's formerly proposed Energy East Project.

Since establishing her consultancy in 2017, Inya has worked with numerous Indigenous, industry, and government clients, notably acting as Blueberry River First Nations' Lead Negotiator for oil, gas, and hydro and Strategic Advisor to the Chief Councillor from 2017-2022.

Inya’s experience, skills, and training in resolving complex issues and dealing with high-stake competing interests has taught her the need for strategic thinking, a strong awareness of optics, and lasting sustainable solutions.
